Keeping with the brand philosophy of wild, foraged, artisanal production, we partnered with the talented team at The Loft Railtown to create a noteworthy signature pop-up event in Vancouver.
The founding principles of The Loft Railtown – collaboration, exploration, dining beyond borders – was the perfect alignment for The Botanist and Bruichladdich, focusing on artisanal production and intimate experiences. Video production of the event helped to capture the acute details and style of craftsmanship at the event. A six-course dinner was prepared for a select 20 guests by Chef Alex Ploughman of Chambar and Hawksworth pedigree. The globally-renowned Gez McAlpine of Keefer Bar crafted cocktail pairings, with a tablescape curated by local stylist Danielle McManus to showcase elements of the Scotch and Gin pairings. A small, intimate experience with each course and cocktail pairing explained helped to drive consumer awareness in a very personal, intimate encounter with the brands unlike anything else in the city.
AT A GLANCE:
Unique, exclusive and intimate interaction and consumer engagement with the brands
Target demographic - cultural influencers, bloggers, restaurateurs and industry stakeholders
Increased product education with each cocktail presentation
