The Bon Vivant Dinner Series came about as a concept to showcase the culinary application of Remy Martin while also promoting the launch of the new campaign “One Life / Live Them” – a celebration of life, talent and the art of entertaining.
Partnering with local style influencers, food writers and culture shapers, we hosted a four-course dinner pairing at the legendary Hy’s Steakhouse. We demonstrated to guests the culinary application of cognac while also imparting a sense of the brand philosophy. We integrated Remy Martin in each dish and finished with a toast to the history of the brand, the new direction of the house and an iconic Louis XIII experience.
